Max is a dedicated engagement where you own the delivered code. Cancellation, data-export, and migration terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Build your website from modules
Each plan includes a set number of modules. Choose the ones your business needs, and add more any time as paid add-ons.
Standard modules
A focused feature that handles one customer interaction or one manageable area of business content.
Premium modules
A larger, more complex business process — usually involving transactions, multiple steps, automation, customer accounts, or operational data.
One Premium module isn't unlimited
Large systems like e-commerce, CRM, or ERP are divided into clearly defined modules. For example, an e-commerce solution may include:
Need more? Any module can be added as a paid add-on, and fully custom features are quoted before development.

The things people ask first.
What is a Standard module vs a Premium module?
A Standard module is a focused feature that handles one customer interaction or one manageable area of content — like contact and enquiry management, booking requests, a product catalogue, or a gallery. A Premium module handles a larger business process involving transactions, multiple steps, automation, customer accounts, or operational data — like e-commerce, order management, a membership portal, or CRM.
How many pages, languages, and modules do I get?
Lite includes up to 5 pages and 1 language. Plus includes up to 10 pages, up to 2 languages, and up to 2 Standard modules. Pro includes up to 20 pages, up to 3 languages, up to 3 Standard modules, and 1 Premium module. Every plan includes 2 pre-launch revision rounds.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly subscription includes website hosting, technical maintenance, technical support, backups, and fixing faults in the delivered website. It does not include content amendments, design changes, new pages, new functionality, new integrations, or copywriting and translation.
How do revisions work?
Every plan includes 2 revision rounds before the website goes live. A revision round means you review the presented website and submit one consolidated list of changes. Once the website is published, all amendments, content changes, and new requests are chargeable. We do not offer unlimited pages, unlimited revisions, or unlimited change requests.
Who provides the content?
You supply the final written content, images and media, product or service information, and translated content for additional languages. We may review it and offer suggestions. Copywriting, translation, and extensive rewriting are not included unless separately quoted.
Can I add more features later?
Yes. On any plan you can add modules or custom features. An existing module can be added for an additional monthly fee; a new or customised module may carry a one-time development fee and/or a monthly maintenance fee. Pricing depends on scope, and all custom work is quoted before development begins.
Is one Premium module unlimited?
No. Large systems such as e-commerce, CRM, or ERP are divided into clearly defined modules — for example an e-commerce solution may include a product catalogue, cart and checkout, payment gateway, order management, inventory, shipping, and customer accounts. The exact included scope is confirmed before development.
Do I own the website?
Lite, Plus, and Pro are managed subscription services. You do not receive the source code; TUG retains ownership of its source code, platform, reusable modules, and design system, and the website runs while the subscription is active. Max is a dedicated engagement where ownership of the delivered code transfers under the signed agreement.
What about third-party services?
If an included feature stops working because of a fault in the delivered system, we fix it as part of maintenance. Problems caused by third-party platforms, APIs, payment gateways, plugins, or their policy changes are assessed separately, and additional work or third-party fees may be chargeable.
